How does your 30 Day Money
Back guarantee work?
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first
30 days of setting up your account, we will refund all account
prices. You will not receive money for the following: any setup fees and
anything we did not receive including Domain Registration fees.
Are
there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. You choose your package and options.
Do
you handle the domain registration process?
Yes, we can handle and register new domains for you. If you are transferring
a domain, you will need to handle the domain transfer yourself. We include
all the information you need to contact your registrar and move the domain
to our servers.
Who
owns my domain when I register it through you?
You, or the person you specify when you sign up, will be listed as the
administrative and billing contact on your domain and will retain full
control over it at all times.
Is
my site backed up and how often?
Yes backups are done daily; a daily incremental back up and a monthly
full backup. The full backups are placed onto tapes and are stored for
one month while the incrementals are kept until the next full backup is
performed.
Do you place banner advertisements on my website?
No, we do not place any banner advertisements on your website.
Is
my Macintosh computer compatible with your Windows hosting plans?
Our Windows web servers use standard FTP (file transfer protocol). Therefore,
you can build your site on any Macintosh and use FTP to upload your files
to the web server. Alternatively, we also support publishing your website
using MS FrontPage.
Do
you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support via email only. No phone support
is available.

Can
you recover my website data from your system backups?
No. The purpose of our system backups is for disaster recovery. By backing
up our server configurations we are able to roll back quickly in the event
of a disaster. Maintaining the most up-to-date backup copies of website
files, scripts and associated files in a medium outside of the web server
is the sole responsibility of the site owner.
